Do I need an appointment to consign?
No appointment is needed during our regular consignment drop-off hours M-F 10-4, Sat 9-1.
What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of consignment, all sales are final.

Do you accept used car seats?

For safety & liability reasons, we do not accept used car seats, bases, etc.

Do you check for recalls?

Yes! Safety is very important to us. We recall check items before accepting baby gear, toys, and equipment.

What happens to items that don’t sell?

Unsold items valued at under $20 our price may be donated or discounted at the end of the consignment period.  Anything over $20 that has not sold will be returned to the consignor. 

How and when do I get paid?

Consignor portion of the sales go into your store account immediately AFTER the item sells.  Consignor balances can be used as store credit around the store or cashed out once the balance is over $20.
